How do I return or exchange?

Hey there.

If you're ordering from within AU, NZ or USA, then you won't be charged any import fees. 

Any order from a country that doesn't have a free-trade agreement with Australia will likely incur some additional fees. 

Please check your government's import fees and taxing policy before placing your order to avoid disappointment. 

You can also use an Import Calculator, with the HS code: 611241.
